We stayed there for 7 nights. The staff was amazing. The hotel inside was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Centro. The only concern my wife had was the lighting in the room. She wished they had a some kind of makeup mirror with a bright light. Considering that was the only concern we would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! ELENA de COBRE is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good but I personally enjoy a beer with my tacos and a glass of wine with my steak. There is no alcohol here. Also the room descriptions on Expedia and the hotels website are different so there's a chance you'll end up with a different room than expected.

This is a nice hotel but certainly not a 5 star experience. The rooms are essentially basic Marriott rooms with some upgraded finishes and very dark. Masculine. The front desk is fantastic, but this is a boutique hotel with basic amenities. Architecture is interesting. Close in the center of León. For the price, you could essentially go to any top tier hotel.

The property was very nice I loved the aesthetic. But the surrounding areas seemed pretty shady. Also the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. There was dust and some dirt in and around the toilet and bathroom. And the bed was not comfortable at all.
