Disappointing experience. Beware about Internet

I have no idea how this hotel got such a high ranking. I would give it 3 or 4 points. To get there is a whole experience for mountain driving. When we got there, there was only 1 person helping ALL the hotel, 30 guests eating and drinking, the check in, etc. Our room was so small that we had to leave our small size suitcase in our car. There was no way to darken the room. The Internet was useless. Steep stairs to the room. A noisy motor started in the middle of the night. Positive points: very clean, very large and updated bathroom, a simple but good enough breakfast, nice cleaning lady.
