The room was filthy. The comforter had burn holes all over them. Then when we pulled back the sheets, they had some type of fluid stain all over them. The worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

We got a suite with a spa tub. The room was fine but the tub was nasty. I had a greasy ring around the tub. We brought cleaners and cleaned the tub squeaky clean. After we ran another tub there was the grease ring again. Have no idea how that could be happening. It was nasty.

so this was my experience in less than 10 sentences. I booked on expedia at around 10 pm not knowing there was a pet fee, because it’s not possible to pay the fee before check-in. I then try to pay the pet fee when we checked in and it’s only cash. Then, when I finally use the ATM and get my room key, there are bugs. I don’t know if there was an infestation or anything and I was not staying to investigate. A bug is a bug and if I see something hide away into my sheets I’m not sleeping there. We arrived at almost 2 am so Im really upset it didn’t work. Also they are non refundable so keep that in mind.

Poor outdoor lighting, lobby smelled like someone’s dinner, clerk barely spoke English. Clerk illegally gave out my room outloud with a man standing behind me. Asked if he knew it was illegal to say room number outloud, he said”Yes.” Then he said room was on first floor outside and the key/door was hard to open. He made me a target for the man behind me. indeed the door was impossible to open so I left.

I only liked the bed but everything else was very poor starting from cleanliness to breakfast. The staff was rude to my brother..the breakfast just had pancake and juice. And it was just felt dark inside.

We drove 15 hours that day,after midnight we checked in an immediately walking in the door the smell was so bad my husband walked out and started looking for another hotel. Unfortunately there was nothing available so the attendant apologized and gave me a can of Lysol. He said there were no other rooms available. We slept 5 hours and left ASAP. Grabbed coffee and breakfast on the road. Found a much nicer hotel that cost less and we were able to get a good sleep. The wall by the door was full of holes and peeled off paint. When I turned the water on in the sink the smell was nasty but the room smell was a musty urine smell.
