NO WEDDINGS or PARTIES. 3 bedrooms upper level share 1 large full bathroom with double sink and soaking tub, 1 bedroom main level with full bathroom with shower, family room in lower level with 2 full-sized futons and full bathroom with shower. Allergen free indoor environment. No smoking. No pets. No weddings. Beach not suitable for boats.
