Loved that it was conveniently close to shopping and beach. However, it needs a good Reno which I believe is soon. Rooms were clean but bath was grubby. No hand towels available when asked for. Asked bar and reception for wine glasses but told no to use water glasses in bathroom.

Three brothers is in the heart of everything at Legian An easy walk for shopping and restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and accommodating rooms were very spacious and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel but it could have been so much better. We had a lovely villa with private pool. The pool was lovely and a really good size. The room it self was OK. Very spacious but a bit spartan and the layout a bit odd. The couch had stains all over it. A few changes and these rooms would be fabulous but it just didn't quite hit the mark. The room safe was locked on arrival so we couldn't use it. The water filter wasn't working even though I went to reception to ask if they could look at it - nobody came. No hand wash at the vanity basin. No hand towel. On the final day we booked one of the budget rooms for a late check out of 8 pm. Great price but I wouldn't want to stay in one. It was really noisey off the main corridor and again water was an issue. Only 2 small bottles were supplied so once you drink them you have not water to even brush your teeth. I mentioned this to reception but again, they were not interested. The gardens/grounds are absolutely lovely and the location of the hotel is good being just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Location was great with transport always available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the pool area was great. The only thing I would say is if you want to vege out in your room and watch a movie there are very limited options with only 4 channels available in English and not all movie channels. Apart from that the hotel is a good place to stay.

The room was large and clean. Staff were friendly. The Breakfast included was cheap and nasty, unless you paid for it. The bathroom needs an overhaul, no shower rails, no soap and the water pressure was non existent.

The room we were given was right behind the main road so it was a bit noisy but otherwise we enjoyed our stay, as we always do, we will be back. Definitely could be time for them to invest in a second shared pool area though.
