Absolutely amazing! We stayed for six years ago and had to come back. When we arrived after our 36 hour travel, it was like coming home! The staff are fantastic, the food is incredible, the rooms are amazing and overall it is comparable to one of the best hotels we have in Canada! My sister felt the same with her room and my son has booked again to come back and stay again already! Thank you for always being one of the best hotels and making our trip in Bali Amazing.

Enjoyed our stay ! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and has a great variety to choose from . The staff are friendly and attentive aswell . Pool is lovely aswell .

The staff are just fabulous, rooms and location wonderful - the pool bar could do with some pleasant decoration - it's currently a bit shabby looking, although the drinks are great.

Love mostly everything about the Magani, only two things… 1) lack of water in the rooms.would be great if there was cold water & some milk in the fridge….2) We had our own pool but to get in & out of it there wasnt a step or handrails to hang on to (a bit dangerous as the we are in our seventies) & the tiles can be very slippery. Thanks so much for taking care of us. Hoping to be back in January

Staff saw me struggling with luggage I fell and was beyond embarrassed. I have cuts on my legs as well very sore. Also told me I’d be able to get credit but credit wasn’t same value of the day I paid for. I missed a day due to airport. Notified in advance still no help from anyone.
