Located on the waterfront of Arcachon Bay in the village of Grand-Piquey, discover this 220 m² villa, elegantly decorated in a modern and contemporary style. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy the tasting cabins, a charming restaurant, as well as local shops (bakery, cheese shop, butcher, delicatessen, etc.).

On the garden level, a large living area divided into an air-conditioned living-dining room and an open kitchen, all enjoying breathtaking views of the Bay.
On the same level, four air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds, two of which have their own bathroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two air-conditioned master suites with bathrooms and toilets offer access to a sun terrace with a view of the Cap-Ferret lighthouse.
