It wasn't bad - I was pressed for options due to a late reservation. A bit noisy and the room was supposed to be non-smoking but obviously had been smoked in quite a bit.
Property sits on a beautiful lake. Rooms needs updated & a good cleaning. Found a few dead cockroaches in our room, comforter on one of our beds was dirty on the corners of it. In the upper left hand corner of the door frame the concrete was crumbling. Needs some work & updating.
Location was great, the property was good, I think a little attraction to deal in cleaning would make this a great place!

Staying here was thoroughly enjoyable. The ownership and staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was recently renovated with tasteful, quality furnishings and decor. The room and property was clean and bright.
Location and ease of access
This was not as expected. For the value or the name. I didn’t leave because there wasn’t another option nearby. The room smelled musty right off the bat. The bathroom is beyond repair. Looks old and grimy. Overall not very clean either. I don’t need it to be new if it is clean. We had just walked in and cleaned a puddle that was on the floor and towel came up filthy.
Friendly staff, clean room, close to restaurants and there is a nice gazebo on the water
Has a nice view by a lake. Close to shopping ammenities. Coffee machine in room didnt have a pot though
Bathrooms are especially run down. Some towels and pillowcases are permanently stained The noise from Froggers grill next door goes on until 2:00 AM some nights and can be heard in the rooms.
