This cozy cottage in the middle of a nature reserve near Leenderstrijp in North Brabant can be your holiday home! This fantastic location offers something for everyone: tranquility for nature lovers. Here you can spot deer and even families of (harmless) wild boars!On the ground floor of this nicely furnished holiday home you will find the comfortable living room and modern kitchen.

By bike you visit villages where time seems to have no hold. You can also take nice trips to De Malpie nature reserve, Dierenrijk children's zoo, Veldhoven Zoo, Wellness Resort SpaSense and Toverland Sevenum. From your house you can directly enter nature reserve Boswachterij Het Leenderbos. A wonderful place for a walk, for a nice bike ride or a covered wagon ride. The lively bustle of the big city can be reached in no time.

You can relax in the nice garden or enjoy a good barbecue on the covered terrace. This home is child-friendly and pet-friendly.

Der Garten ist klein, bietet aber einen schönen Blick auf die Pferdeweiden (außer rechts vom Haus). Es wird nicht erwähnt, dass sich direkt neben dem Haus und rechts hinter dem Haus Ställe und Baracken befinden. Toiletten und Treppen verursachen viel Lärm. Treppen zum Dachboden sind gefährlich. Das Haus ist nicht kinderfreundlich, da die Treppe zum Keller nicht geschlossen werden kann. Auch die Treppen zum Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss verfügen über kein Kinderschutzgitter. Auch für Kleinkinder sind die Höhenunterschiede mit Stufen gefährlich. Die Küche ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Zu teuer.

Es ist ein schönes geräumiges Haus, das ansprechend eingerichtet ist. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende mit der Familie. Es war schön, dass die Küche gut mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet war. Es ist eine ländliche Gegend, in der Sie gut laufen und Rad fahren können. Es gibt genug Platz für die Kinder, um draußen zu spielen.

Letztes Wochenende mit Ascension mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern. Teilweise durch wunderbare Woche genossen wir diese Tage. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig genug. Einziger Nachteil war der geringe Kühlraum. Teilweise aufgrund der Gruppengröße und des schönen (durstigen) Wetters war eine größere Abkühlung schön, wir genossen alle Abende der heutigen Feuerschale. Da wir nach 3 Abenden durch den Wald gegangen sind, haben wir am nächsten Tag gleich wieder neues Holz mitgebracht.In der Gegend gab es schöne Dinge zu tun und somit eine tolle Basis für ein schönes Wochenende.
