The room was very clean. I arrived before the check in time as I had to go to a Leeds United match. The staff offered to keep my luggage so I could check in later after the match. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for the experience.

They provided us smaller room what we paid for. A lady at the reception kept saying that they did not have to provide the same room and there is nothing to do with it.
