The hotel room was good, the breakfast was average (overpriced) What was really disappointing is that upon checking out myself and my friend were told that we would have complimentary parking, however upin checking myy credit card the hotel had proceeded to bill my credit card, upon calling the hotel to check I was told by a rude manager that there has been a misunderstanding and that the parking charge would stand. Room was clean and comfortable except for being too warm. AC kept switching back to a higher temperature through the night, so we didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with plenty of choice.

All staff were friendly and as helpful as they could possibly could be. However one staff member did stand out “Yasser” in Reception, who was truly unwell but was desperately trying to hide it, with the biggest smile. He was so helpful and understanding when I asked if it was possible for a “quiet” room as my son is autistic…. He gave us a great room. He was always so welcoming and easy to approach as we needed help navigating Leeds and getting advice about where to go and how
