Very friendly and helpful. Played the antique music box for us.

We went into this fully expecting a historic experience - not expected new and remodeled rooms. And that is what it was. The rooms are like time capsules back to the 1800s. While we loved our room, the bed was very hard and we had trouble sleeping. I also expected the bathroom to be in better condition (broken and chipped tub tiles, etc) for the premium price we paid. But all in all, this was a good experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and the food was exquisite. Traveler tip: there are no elevators. So pack lightly, as you will have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs.

Loved the history and look and feel of the hotel. We didnt like the meal at the restaurant and our waitress wasn't very friendly toward us but we seen her being more so to.other guests.

I would go back again. At first the first person I met there was not friendly but the rest of staff was excellent

Very charming overall and attentive staff. Nice restaurant. The room needed a few repairs.

Loved the history of hotel, the way room doors are open to view rooms if no guest in it, like a museum. Everywhere you look there are interesting objects. Had lunch in tavern which was very good. Menu very interesting, everything sounded delicious!

Unique and historical setting! Really enjoyed the food.

It has been years since I’ve been to Lebanon and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my stay very much, the hotel, the town and the people. Thank you

We will go back again next year. Very nice place and very nice people.... Was within walking distance to many places to have a drink or eat. Good clean town.. no problems at all. The hotel was themed very well and the rooms were very comfortable.
