It is a beautiful place but we had an upsetting situation. We arrived & no wifi and none of us had reception. I drove to the office to inform of no wife and Veronica was very quick to call her maintenance person. He did fix the issue. There's only 1 tv in the living area & it did not pick up the WiFi.we figured we can manage a weekend without tv. We left to pick up dinner got back about an hr later. My sisters & I where enjoying the outdoor patio while my 3 kids enjoyed the game room. It was not until shower time that the problem arose. 1 of my daughters showered then my oldest was about to shower when my son called me in to see water by the toilet. I right away thought of he plugged it and it's overfilling. Not the case. Water was coming out from under the toilet in a restroom he had not used. There was water all down the hallway. We started cleaning and tried calling but no luck getting threw. We kept cleaning the water but kept coming out.By this time poopy water was coming out all 4 showers including paper. The smell was horrific! By this time it was 10:30pm mind you we got there around 4pm I called left one of the numbers from Vrbo but straight to vm left a messaged. We ended up leaving to Uvalde to a hotel! I did not hear from Mrs Veronica till the following day on the evening. Not until I messaged threw here. I was told a tampon could of been flushed, no one wears them! She mentioned she could refund me! This happened 4/17/26
