Keystone Lodge & Spa by Keystone Resort

Great Relaxing Retreat

Booked hotel to hike a "14er" with my son. Perfect location and could not be happier. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Awesome pool, steam room and sauna. A perfect location to relax after our hike. It only needs "to go" cups for the in room coffee! We needed to be on the mountain early. If that is all I have to complain about, you're doing good. This review is by an airline pilot who spends more time in hotels than at home.

Alpine Inn

Overall Good Except the Bed and the Breakfast

The location is good with Whole Foods, brewery, restaurants and some stores nearby. It was in a quiet neighborhood despite the fact it's right by the state highway. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable with the cheap pillows. The complimentary continental breakfast has no hot waffle grills but pretty much out of bags and boxes from Costco. The layout of the food and cutlery, napkins, plates, condiments, creamers, (no sugar found for coffee!) were so weirdly placed that everyone was confused where to find each items. It would have been a great place with what it seems to be recently remodeled if a bit more investment on the bed and pillows and a bit more attention to the way they place and replenish the breakfast items are provided.

Nice little family trip

The best thing about this hotel is that it is right by Main Street downtown shopping center. You can shop everywhere there.
