The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff was very nice. With that said, the pool heater does not work (misleading on the website, and one of the main reasons we booked that hotel vs others) and our room’s view was of a roof and another room across a courtyard, so not ideal overall.

Room was dirty when we checked in. Chair had stains on it, carpet had stains, stale smell in the room, view was a dark alley on the first floor, bed was soft like it was an old mattress. TV was hung crooked on the wall. My wife was adamant that we do not stay there. We were there for about 3 hours and then ended up leaving and booking a different hotel and spending another $800 that was not in our budget. We would like some sort of a refund for our stay.
