Hot tub hasn't worked since 2021, one of the reasons we stayed there. Some front desk employees dont speak english well. Checkout is 10am which is atypical. I would not recommend staying here, it wasnt horrible but not worth the price for sure!

Based on reviews we read, we were a little skeptical. However, we arrived to nice staff, clean and comfortable room with new carpets and an overall nice time. Walked through town and had a pleasant experience.

A serviceable option in Leadville. Clean, beds fine, slow check-in, bad breakfast, a little ways out of town. I don’t, but if you need accessibility, there are a couple stairs to navigate when going to any room. Not too many options in Leadville and this one is fine if you aren’t picky

Everything is fine, though over priced. The “Continental Beakfast” was really just cereal, pancakes & yogurt. Coffee & juice of course. I wish they had offered oatmeal, boiled eggs, and more fruit.

Shady Crash Pad

Card key didn’t work, so they let us into the room and didn’t give us a key. It also took 20 minutes to check in at 11:00 PM because the front desk had to finish some international call. And, of course, the shower drain was clogged.

For this price i would have thought you’d have better service. It was made more annoying by the fact that you could hear him laughing at the tv. I arrived at 2:45 and couldn’t check in till 3pm. Then 3 came and gone. The guy didn’t come till 3:05. I didn’t get to my room till 3:25 bc ppl were waiting in front of me. There is no laundry room and the breakfast is a very sad thing.

The property was outdated but clean. Just be careful when showering if other people are using water the water will be fine and turn scalding hot, tried to readjust but would do the same thing again. If you get up early not a problem.

We are backpacking the CT and the lady at the front desk would not let us leave our packs at the office. So, we had to backpack an extra 2.6 miles to town and back before we could check in. Absolutely no early check ins.

The check in process took an hour. The room is a step above a hostel but it was clean. It's kind of one of the only options in Leadville so you just go with it.
