Summary:
Tiny House experience with 1st floor sleeping - downtown Leadville. Your mountain adventure awaits in our tiny house park located in Downtown Leadville.  House has first floor sleeping for 2 and loft sleeping for 2 as well (sleeps 4 total). House has a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has an induction cooktop, coffee pot, toaster, mini fridge and is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Walk out your door and see stunning views of Mount Elbert & Mount Massive. Walk half a block and you are on Harrison Ave, the main street of Leadville.

The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.

Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike.

Getting Around:
You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Leadville has lots to offer. A car is helpful to get to most hiking trails. Or you can bring your mountain bike and take a ride on the mineral belt trail.

Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.

Tinyhouse was as described physically. Instructions for check in / check out were simple. The mattresses were somewhat thin and there were no extra blankets to be found. The wifi was pretty much unusable. We also only had one roll of toilet paper for 2 people staying 5 days. It seemed the space could be used more efficiently. But it did well enough to sleep in. Leadville is a cute little town
