Staff was helpful for the most part. Ok location although the interstate can be a little loud. Convenient shuttle to Vail Village. We were there for four days and there might’ve been some confusion when one day we told the cleaning people they didn’t have to come by that day. but then the other two days they didn’t clean it as well. Breakfast is pretty standard for hotel. Dinner food was not great.

It was very nice place with convenient shuttles to ski resort. The only issue it was very noisy that we could hear the cars from balcony room despite earplugs.

Balcony view (which is an upcharge) was overlooking a busy interstate highway, the noise from the traffic all night resulted in very poor sleep, and the pet fee is absurdly high.
