The city center and the cycle paths are less than 3 km away, accessible by the cycle paths that start from the residence

The house is terraced and part of an old renovated motel.

La maison est conforme Ă  l'annonce , propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e.La pelouse par contre aurait pu ĂȘtre tondue.La mise Ă  disposition se fait Ă  18 heures, heure tardive lorsque l'on rencontre un problĂšme. Ce qui a Ă©tĂ© notre cas.A notre arrivĂ©e, il y avait une odeur pestilentielle dans les toilettes, une importante fuite d'eau et une chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous en avons avisĂ© la propriĂ©taire qui n'Ă©tant pas sur place un vendredi soir n'a pas apprĂ©ciĂ© que nous multiplions les sms et appels pour trouver une solution rapide et s'est emportĂ©e, ce qui m'a profondĂ©ment contrariĂ©e. Nous avons suggĂ©rĂ© de partir contre remboursement ce qu'elle n'a pas validĂ©.Le gardien de la rĂ©sidence est intervenu et a pu stopper la fuite mais nous avons attendu jusqu'au dimanche matin,au moment de notre dĂ©part, la venue du fils de la propriĂ©taire pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme de chasse d'eau.Nous avons contactĂ© Abritel dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e et ils nous ont bien laissĂ© tomber.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le logement est trĂšs agrĂ©able et lumineux, la terrasse un vrai plaisir. Ce logement est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© tant au niveau vaisselle (batterie de cuisine de qualitĂ©) qu’au niveau des Ă©quipements mĂ©nagers (produits, Ă©ponges neuves, torchons, alu, papier cuisson, condiments de base comme sel, huile
). Il ne manque rien, c’est comme Ă  la maison. Le top du top pour la literie avec matelas, oreillers et draps ultra confortables, le canapĂ© lit n’est pas en reste, le matelas est parfait aussi. L’hĂŽte et sa sƓur son charmantes et nous ont rĂ©servĂ© le meilleur accueil. Le logement est trĂšs bien chauffĂ© et la cheminĂ©e fonctionnelle un vrai plaisir. S’il ne fait vraiment pas beau, l’accĂšs Ă  Netflix et live box sont un vrai plus comme les jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© et les livres laissĂ©s Ă  notre disposition. La ville trĂšs boisĂ©e au bord de la mer est un vrai rĂ©gal. Je vous recommande vraiment ce sĂ©jour aux prestations de qualitĂ©. Merci Ă  notre hĂŽte pour toutes ces attentions.

Lage gut, am Golfplatz. Kontakt nur auf Französisch per Telefon und SMS. Keine persönliche Übergabe, sowohl bei An-, als auch bei Abreise. Insgesamt ein schönes Objekt, etwas ungepflegt. Es schien keine grĂŒndliche Reinigung vorher gegeben zu haben.
