Terrace with outdoor table and kitchenette (BBQ and electric hob). Private tennis court on the property. Ping pong table. 1 closed garage for 1 car and 3 outdoor spaces. All shops 2km. Lake at 12km.

Fully air-conditioned 5-room villa of approximately 210 m² on 2 levels:
Entrance, Guest toilet, Living/dining room for 8 people with TV (internet).
