Vendée lodge, with heated indoor pool, surrounded by nature

The house is located in a charming hamlet with several old houses on a beautiful site, decorated with old trees (14 acres of parkland, woods and meadows punctuated by large paths).
With a surface of 180 m2, it includes:
In the rdc: a nice big room of life (49 m2), a big equipped kitchen, a room of water with shower and TOILET.
On the floor: a very large room with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds of 90, a room with a bed of 140, a big room with 2 beds of 90, a room of bath with a TOILET.
The rooms are very bright.

A second house of the hamlet is proposed in seasonal hiring for 2 people and we live ourselves in a third house. The houses are not terraced: they are distributed in the hamlet and each have a private part.
Two dogs (Labradors), a cat and two horses also live on site.

A large pool of 12 x 5 m is available to residents (shared with us). It can be either fully discovered or covered, depending on the weather. It is heated to 26-28 ° C from April to October (not in use the rest of the year).

In cold weather, the Logis is heated by a wood stove and a fireplace, supplemented by electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Access to the entire property is free (park, woods, meadows). There are no fences. The roads are more than 500 m and the calm is absolute. It is not uncommon to see deer, squirrels, hedgehogs, owls and many other birds depending on the season.

The park is planted with redwoods, blue cedars, Himalayan weeping pines, silver linden trees, purple ash trees, magnolias, walnut trees, chestnut trees, yew trees, ... The wood is planted with oaks, hornbeams, beeches, chestnuts, hazelnuts, ... Many paths allow to walk there.

The sky, the night, is absolutely beautiful. The property is also located near the observatory of the Astronomic Center of Vendée, which is installed there because of the absence of light pollution and a mild temperature throughout the year.

The banks of the Yon are directly accessible on foot from the hamlet: they offer a pleasant walk in all seasons and summer, they allow to refresh in the shade of trees, feet in the water of the river . Fishing is possible.

We also have the possibility to welcome your horses, in a large meadow with shelter. A beautiful training career 60x20 a round of longe a zone of preparation / shower are at disposal (box also if necessary). Many walks around.
