Bright duplex apartment in Belle Ile en Mer

Duplex apartment facing south, refurbished in August 2016 on the 2nd and last floor of a building in the city center of Le Palais with independent entrance.

The apartment has WIFI.

In July and August, stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

On your arrival, for more comfort, you will find the prepared beds and all the bathroom linen provided in the bathroom.

Equipment for baby-child is available free of charge (cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, booster toilet and all the necessary small meals)

From the front door, a first staircase to climb will lead you to the bright room: the living room open to the kitchen.
It is a space that we wanted to be completely open, so that there is a warm and friendly spirit when you are having a drink or cooking.

The living room with its two windows overlooks the one-way street. All openings are double glazed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

A fairly spacious utility room adjoins the kitchen, you will find the washing machine "top", a toilet.

The bathroom is set back from the large room.
Behind the sliding door, you will discover an atmosphere of red and white, with a large 90X90 shower, its vanity unit and its cascading tap, the electric towel dryer,

To reach the first floor, you will have to take the atypical staircase "a mountain staircase" which has been kept for the quirky side.

Once assembled, you will discover the landing with a small cozy corner to read or play the many board games available in the apartment.

The 1st very bright bedroom with notes of light gray and white, faces the street. It has a velux window with a blackout blind. Quite spacious, you will find a large queen size bed of 160X200, and a chest of drawers.

The 2nd adjoining bedroom, in the same colors, more parental, has a large bed also in 160X200 and a velux window with blackout blind, a closet closet where you can store your belongings.
The floor is very bright, the floating parquet in light oak brings a warm, cocooning dimension.

Our animal friends are not accepted.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Super logement pour de superbes balades

Belle Île en Mer sous le soleil au printemps, c'est magnifique avec de belles couleurs de fleurs, et majestueux avec ces falaises vertigineuses. Et pour tout voir, ça monte et ça descend, c'est sportif autant à pied qu'en vélo.pour s'en remettre, rien de mieux qu'un joli cocon bien équipé et confortable, avec des lits bien confortables. Bien situé au cœur de Le Palais, restaurants, bars, boulangeries, boutiques, et même 2 magasins d'alimentation générale sont à 2 pas. Et pour clore, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Je souhaite à chaque voyageur qui me lira de repartir du Palais aussi ravi.
