Les 3 étoiles sont juste pour l'emplacement.Appartement et mobilier très vieux Réfrigérateur à changer lamentable évier et joints plus que dégoûtant Pas de climatisation exposé plein soleil toute la journée .Douche déplorable .Il est indiqué sur l'annonce télévision Elle n'a jamais fonctionné.Donc pas de télé.
