Belle appartement bien placé avec toutefois deux bémols à prendre en compte.

Belle appartement moderne, bien agencé, bien équipé et bien placé pour l’accès aux activités et commerces. Deux bémols toutefois : eau à peine tiède voire froide malgré les relances auprès de la copropriété et télévision des voisins plein pot dès 6 heures du matin. En bref une super location pour ceux qui aiment se lever tôt avec une douche fraîche !

Excellent à tous points de vue

L'annonce et les photos sont fidèles au logement. L'appartement est très bien situé au Grand Bornand, avec une vue magnifique sur la chaîne des Aravis. Il est très bien équipé (électroménager, literie, vaisselle, Box Wifi ...), l'intérieur est moderne et surtout d'une extrême propreté. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été excellent du début à la fin : elle a fait preuve de bienveillance à notre égard et a toujours été disponible pour nous guider pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement.

Très propre, tout équipé, tout neuf et bien situé

Pour résumé cet appartement est excellent, extrêmement propre, tout équipé et confortable. Le seul léger défaut reste que la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une route avec beaucoup de passage donc bruyant mais l’appartement en lui même est très bien. Propriétaire très sympathique
