Our family has stayed here twice for various KU events and we have been very happy. The apartment is so cute, well acquainted and has everything you need from washer/dryer to fridge/dishwasher and pretty much any appliances and kitchenware you need. The location is absolutely perfect for getting to Mass street and KU. Parking is great. The check in/out process is seamless. Great WiFi too!

Great alternative to overpriced hotel. Location and apartment worked great for campus visit. Not luxury but would rent this again. Recommend the higher floors. Bathroom should be checked for new shower curtain need.

Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence.
