Superb comfortable and functional studio located on the 5th floor with lift in the Griou residence in the heart of the Lioran resort. It has a capacity to accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with TV and sofa bed 140x190, open to its fitted kitchen with top fridge, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and traditional filter coffee maker.



At the entrance, you will have a mountain corner with 1 bunk bed in 90x190.



This cosy 18 m² accommodation, located at the foot of the ski slopes, has a balcony with a view of the mountain and ski slopes.



The rental is located in the centre in an area close to shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.



The kitchen is equipped with top fridge, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and traditional filter coffee maker.



The residence has an outdoor car park, allowing you to park your vehicle close to the accommodation.



You can use a ski locker dedicated to the rental.
