Welcome to Midnight Retreat! The perfect modern home for single or multiple families combined! The home is perfectly located in the coveted Splash Hollow neighborhood, just 3 minutes from the downtown pool. This newly built home is fully equipped and has all new furniture, gourmet kitchen, kids bunk room, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, arcades, Nintendo, spacious theater room, pickleball/basketball court, putting green, turf area, outdoor patio with an oversized hot tub and more!



The Space:

Upon arrival of the Modern Black Farmhouse you’ll be surrounded by beautiful mountain views and quiet countryside vibes. There’s plenty of parking space, an RV pad with RV plug, and garage space with an electric car hookup. In the backyard you'll find a custom putting green, pickleball/ basketball court, large hot tub, built-in natural gas fire pit, turf area, oversized patio, BBQ grill, outdoor sectional, and plenty of outdoor seating and chairs.



Once inside you’ll enter into the unreal open and spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area with beautiful artwork, 15 ft tall hanging chandelier, 75-inch TV, fireplace, and ample seating for everyone to comfortably enjoy each other's company and create memories that last forever.



The kitchen has endless seating with a massive island, 8 burner stove top, double ovens, and double fridges that make this the perfect place for entertaining and large gatherings. There's a separate fridge in the garage as well.



The house can comfortably sleep well over 20 and has 21 beds, 6 bedrooms and a kids bunk room with a couch, TV, and Nintendo that the kids will love. All the bedrooms including the bunk room have large flat screen smart TV’s.



Keep the entertainment going all night with the 150-inch screen in the theater room and amazing massive couch so everyone can enjoy. You’ll also find the perfect game room with a pool table, ping pong, 2 arcades loaded with games, and a kitchenette creating the space that you’ll never want to leave.



Guest Access:

The entire home will be accessible to you, with the exception of the third car garage and one locked supply closet.

Lava Hot Springs family vacation

Loved the house! There was enough rooms for our 6 couples and enough beds for 7 children without them having to sleep on the floor. The location was great! It was close enough to float the river and go swimming, and those who wanted to stay behind or come back early could do so because the location was close but not right in town.

This home is not only beautiful it is also comfortable and has everything you could need for the perfect vacation spot. It is close to town, very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Lots of fun activities to do, a great movie room with lots of great options to watch and fun games to play. This house has something for everyone. We will definitely be going back next year and the years after that.

Beautiful home - Best Location - Great amenities

We have stayed at a lot of places but this home was our favorite! The house was beautiful and there were so much for my grandkids to do from toddlers to teenagers. The house was well stocked with everything you would need (even beach towels). We loved the theatre room and pickle ball court. The kitchen was the best and had plenty of room for everyone to eat together, Huge refrigerator and also one in garage. Great location and close to town. The Host was great to work with! Would definitely come back to this beautiful home!

Lava Hot Springs Getaway

Loved, loved, loved, this house and property. It is by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at. Has everything you could want for a large family we had 20 people and never felt crowded. Our kids and grandkids loved the pickleball/ basketball court and the putting green. You cannot go wrong with staying at this house we will definitely stay again. It is so close to everything in town.

Great place to stay and close to town!

We are a group of 10 who have been coming to Lava Hot Springs for over 20 years and have stayed in various hotels, cabins and houses. This house by far has been our favorite and we will definitely be coming here again. There is plenty of space to move around, the beds are so comfy, and the whole place is beautiful and stocked with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed playing games on the large table, watching movies and playing pool and ping pong in the play room. We all said how much we would enjoy bringing our families to enjoy this lovely place. The responses were quick and the rules were clear. We are so appreciative of having this beautiful home to enjoy our vacation in.

I debated not giving this home a review just so I could keep this home a secret. Hands down, this was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. The home is beautiful! The furnishings are amazing! Everyone in our group kept talking about how comfortable their beds were. The gathering spaces are perfect for a large group. The host was so responsive and helpful.

Getaway in Lava Hot Springs

The house is beautiful with so much space and super clean! The bunk room and theater rooms were great for the kids. The hot tub was nice and big, but was pretty dirty and foamy when we arrived. The hot tub maintenance guy came around 3PM the second day, so we missed out on two days of hot tubbing. Overall, great experience and would stay again, but target starting our stay on Thursday to allow the weekly hot tub maintenance to already be completed.
