The room was ok the hotel is older and starting to show its age, check in staff were helpful, but not enough of them. Valet team was great. The cigarette smoke inside was hard.

Really nice high rise rooms, they put me on 18th floor and the view was fantastic. Furnishings a little out dated but for the price I got can't be beat. Stayed 10 days. By the way property has many low budget options for dining and is close to Riverside so you can walk to the movies, etc. Will be back for sure.

The room was cleaned enough, except for the bathroom. It’s a bit well worn. Also, at about 11pm Sat 3/21, water started running from the ceiling above the bath tub. Called management, promised to send someone, but no one ever came. Water running down all through the night, so much for sleeping. Front desk was kind enough to waived the resort fee $25.00. Anyway, casino too smoky for my taste. I don’t think we’ll be back.

I have visited twice this year (2026) and enjoyed my visit. Nice clean quiet rooms. I have stayed in both towers. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff, good casino and nice restaurants. Enjoyable river walk outside. Central location.
