Maison tres bien situé
Tres bonne semaine en famille .maison trÚs bien situé pour visité la region 10 minute de la plage je recommande vivement, mais petit bémol sur les chambres a l etage ou il fait une chaleur impossible d y dormir c est dommage.

Le propriĂ©taire ne fournit pas les produits pour lâentretien de la maison, on devait les fournir nous mĂȘme, ce qui est inconcevable lorsquâon loue une maison pour un court sĂ©jour. Je ne sais pas si câest le cas pour tous les propriĂ©taires de VRBO, mais les propriĂ©taires des AIRBNB ont compris que pour la propretĂ© des lieux ils avaient intĂ©rĂȘt Ă fournir le nĂ©cĂ©ssaire. Nous Ă©tions 10 personnes, les Ă©quipements sanitaires et le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur sont insuffisant pour ce nombre, dâautant plus quâune des deux douche (trĂšs petite) est dans une des chambre, donc peu pratique lorsque quelquâun dort. La maison par contre est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, prĂšs des marchĂ©s dâalimentation (accessible Ă pied) ,des plages et de villages cĂŽtiers intĂ©ressants.
Nous avons eu des petits problĂšmes (fuite dâun Ă©vier, panne dâĂ©lectricitĂ© de la maison uniquement et manque dâeau chaude. Lorsque la personne ressources (Kathy) Ă©tait informĂ©e, elle agissait avec diligence pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme, donc ce ne fut pas vraiment un problĂšme pour nous. Je recommande le lieu pour un groupe de six personne. Nous sommes restĂ©s 14 jours, nous Ă©tions 9 adultes et un enfant de 14 ans.

Un super séjour !
Nous avons Ă©tĂ© 10 jeunes entre 17 et 18 ans Ă louer cette magnifique villa et nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour de folie. La maison et le jardin sont parfaits pour accueillir autant de personnes, et nous nâavons eu aucun problĂšme avec le voisinage malgrĂ© la musique quâon mettait dans le jardin. Il y a une table de ping-pong, lâaccĂšs Ă netflix, plusieurs chambres, une salle de bain superbe et la piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, tout ce quâil faut pour ravir des adolescents. De plus la maison est plutĂŽt bien situĂ©e avec un supermarchĂ© Ă 4 minutes de marche et un macdonalds tout prĂšs Ă©galement. La plage est loin Ă pied (environ 1h15) mais il y a des bus ou alors on peut toujours tenter de faire du stop (5-10 minutes en voiture). Le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentil avec nous et a bien prĂ©parĂ© notre arrivĂ©e, ce qui est plutĂŽt rare lorsque les locataires sont des adolescents.
Bref, cette villa a Ă©tĂ© une trĂšs bonne surprise et nous avons passĂ© des vacances de rĂȘve.
