Property was nicely kept, off the strip and quiet as expected. The room though, was dated with 70's style decor and a musty smell. The blinds were an old metal style that blocked very little light, so either bring a mask or be prepared to wake up at sunrise after a late night in Vegas. I'd stay again, but wouldn't be my first choice.
This resort is located close to the strip, and there is a shuttle bus. It is a timeshare resort, so the accommodations are like small apartments, with kitchens, and washers and dryers. The pool area is nice with cabanas.
This was our first TIME SHARE experience! The property was easy to find from the airport. Check-in went smoothly, made sure we booked the "Info Meeting" in the morning..."Mandatory Sales Pitch Meeting" offered breakfast which was so so....don't stay long & DO NOT BUY!! RUN....enjoy the medium size pool! Pray there are NO KIDS swimming (running around unsupervised) ALL the Staff were very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Shuttle was handy & dropped off down on the Strip....Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect, stove could be updated..nice size if you need to cook a meal or warm up take out! Our back looked onto the Garbage Bins & Maintenance Hut...it was very clean & quiet! Better than near the Office & busy Street. Plenty of parking....friends came to visit & said this was bigger then their hotel room & half the price!
Request a room that does not face Tropicana, it was so loud! The walls are extremely thin on this property as well, we heard EVERYTHING (every single one of our neighbors). To keep this simple, the place is outdated. The furniture and fixtures in the room need to desperately be replaced, it was not as clean as one would hope. As others have said, only two devices can connect to the free WIFI and the bathroom fan in the master bedroom is quite annoying. Our room was also very dark, which was odd given the multiple windows. Even the lights were not enough and there was virtually no daylight. Do yourself a favor if you have a timeshare and stay at the Grandview LV. Although that facility is farther from the strip, it is so much nicer! We did not take the shuttle and instead opted for Lyft/Uber. This is not a property we will be returning to and I was quite embarrassed as we had invited guests.
Condo was clean and the staff was great, especially the front desk. Pool was great although some supervision of kids fooling around and bothering members would have been appreciated. Shuttle to the strip was useful although ending too early around 12;30 am. Will definitely will return to the Worldmark las vegas.
Came here during a very very hot weekend and the a/c in the room worked great lol... we stayed in the two bedroom and it was very spacious clean and stocked. It's not to far from the strip closes casino is the New Orleans casino. There's a Dennys Walgreens and a 24hr fitness on the corner
Checkin was fast and the room was great! The staff was very friendly. However... They send you to a special desk to get a required "Parking Pass". This is really just a reason to sign you up for a sales pitch. My big problem with this was that they really work hard to get you to say yes and the bait is "A FULL hot breakfast for your entire family." The salesman told me "...This is not a cheesy continental breakfast. It is a full hot breakfast your family will love!" WRONG! The moment we walked in and saw the breakfast, my wife turned to me and said "They lied to you!" I will try to post a picture of this "Full hot breakfast" below but let me just say this. My kids asked me to take them to take them to breakfast after. They were still hungry. And my kids are 4, 6, 9, & 11 years old. This meal got two thumbs down from ALL OF THEM! I might have been more receptive to the sales pitch if it didn't start with a feeling of disappointment and deception. To their credit, they kept it short and when we said not interested, they let us go. I kind of knew what we were in for so I was not too surprised but the breakfast was a joke. Don't fall for it!
We traded our timeshare for this place. We wanted a two bedroom, two bath place which this was. Pros: The place was fairly clean. The wifi seemed to be a decent speed. The beds were very comfortable. The unit we stayed in was very quiet. The shuttle driver to Ceasar's Palace gave some good tips on sightseeing. Cons: The furniture and appliances were dated. The pool is small which is crowded on hot days. The carpet needs replaced, but was not filthy as I have seen other people report in their review. Only two devices are free to connect to the wifi. The bathroom exhaust fan in the master suit was the loudest fan I have ever heard. The shuttle only goes to Ceasars on the strip and it is the backside so there is a lot of walking if you want to go to the strip. Our cellphones worked, but there was not a strong signal. Certain spots in the unit were better than others.
We were in a two-bedroom and it is a little smaller than we are used to, compared to most Wyndham's. Our unit was ground level so we didn't have to deal with many stairs. Noise was not a problem. The pool and 'remote' hot tubs were very nice and cozy. We appreciated the shuttle service to Caesars on the Strip. Drivers were very nice. Another shuttle goes to the Orleans casino, but you can walk there or back quite easily. We like the Orleans which has more locals rather than tourists. We avoided the owner update and feel that we saved a half day of vacation.
The place itself was clean and nice though I would suggest a few more dresser drawers in the bedrooms and a full sized mirror in the guest bedroom. The biggest problem we had was being in a basement apartment that was a cellphone dead zone. I also thought it strange that the wifi was only free to two devices. We had 4 people with cellphones, tablets, computers and what not that all used internet. We ended up buying the package for 2 more devices but this is the only location that has ever done this. It was a timeshare so of course they wanted us to come to the presentation but that was easily sidestepped. I would go back again.
