Spacious rooms off of the strip. Surprisingly run-down. Suites are in need of renovation. Entry door jammed. Bathroom door swollen up from moisture. No outlet or light with USB port on one side of the bed. Carpets dirty. Dated TV with few options, no apps and outdated, overpriced movie rentals. Zero kitchenware. Bathroom TV from the 70s, sound broken. Unbelievably substandard little coffee machine with terrible coffee and decaf only. Simply not a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at budget hotels that were far nicer.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. The location is great, and the free valet parking is a rarity in today’s Las Vegas. Everything was a bit rough around the edges, though. In our first room, the carpet near the kitchenette was soaked due to a plumbing issue. We were quickly accommodated with a new, dry room where the sinks drained very very slowly. On our last night, the valet crew from our tower had to manage for the whole property, as the other two crews were offline. It took almost 30 minutes. Overall, it felt like upper management were trying to do more with less, which stretched public facing staff, and made so things like broken lamps and dodgy elevators possible. We had a good stay overall, but we’re likely to look elsewhere next time.

This property is fantastic. The kitchen has Miele and Subzero appliances. Cleaning crew, receptionist, valet staff are all fenomenal. Management cuts corners with bedding which is cheap, pillows have no support and cooking pans that are scratched and not reordered.Sofa is catastrophic and probably dangerous as a bed, however not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere; just spotless. Our room was very spacious and elegant. If the above would have been up to expectations, would give a full 5 stars.

Was unable to use the EV charging at all. The reason for.booking this hotel was free charging and even the second dsmay there waa no parking so had to hse the other self parking which took time. So surely wont recommend anyone staying here

The room was spotless. There weren’t any dishes or glasses in the suite kitchen. It wasn’t functional as expected when paying for a suite. We had planned to cook some meals to save on the high cost of restaurants. That wasn’t possible without the basic kitchen set up. ( plates, glasses, silverware, and pans)
