We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were heated and the property was very clean. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was easy to reach and very quick to respond to my messages. I put the property in my favorites and will try to book again next time in Vegas.

Had a great time for our daughter’s last spring break. Easy to get to the Las Vegas strip. House was clean. Took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, and game room.

This was a decent spot for my husband and I to land for a couple days on our cross country road trip. The outdoor space was great for our dog to run around in and the neighborhood was quiet. We took an inexpensive Lyft ride to and from the strip which was only about 15 mins away. The bed linens were not the most comfortable, as we could noticeably feel pilling on the sheets. The bedding and furniture does not exactly match what is shown in the pictures but there is a lot of space in the home and it would be good for large groups.

The property was fine. 3 bedrooms were good, beds were okay, not uncomfortable. When we checked in, the cleaning service was still going on so it felt a little rushed. The emergency contact Luis was very helpful, we had an issue with the AC not cooling the house on the first day but he helped us to get it down. Air Filter looked dirty. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to drive around or uber to the strip. Pool table and billiard balls are low quality so it is fun to play but don’t expect a great game if you normally play for real. Pool was nice Overall, great price for what we got. Reminded me of a 3 star hotel like a holiday inn express.

Great Communication!

When we arrived, the remote for the hot tub and all bathroom towels were no where to be found. I contacted the owner, who immediately sent the groundskeeper to show us how to manually work the hot tub AND ordered towels via next-day delivery (even though we stated we were fine using the pool towels). He was apologetic that the last group had left us high and dry, and remedied the situation promptly.The home was clean with plenty of room, plus the pool, hot tub, and the garage has been transformed into a game room. Great set up! We very much enjoyed our long weekend in Henderson, thanks to this property and the owner.Definitely would consider staying here again when we return to the Vegas area!

Beach house

The property was nice. The hot tub never got heated, even with help from Luis. The max temp was 88. So if you want an actual hot tub this isn’t the place for you. The pool was nice. The master bath was much nicer than the shared bathroom. There was to much air freshener when we arrived and had to open all the windows and door to air it out. We only stayed two nights but could still smell it when we left. Instructions mentioned putting trash in black bags, we couldn’t find any. Uber into the strip was no problem but we had to wait a bit for pick up back to the house. Before we arrived it took several days and meesages to get an answer, we were then given Luis number and he was great and answered right away. Very helpful and definitely tried to help with the hot tub. We wish we had known the hot tub wasn’t working correctly because that was one reason we rented here..

Nice quiet location

We were excited to have a mini backyard oasis. Unfortunately the communication with the property manager about the pool wasnt great. We wouldnt have stayed at this location if we had known the hot tub wasnt heated. It would have been nice if we knew this before. Also a few items throughout the house were poorly maintained.

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, clean and well furnished home. Location is easy to get too. Don and Luis were very accommodating to our questions and easy to work with. Will definitely recommend to others and stay here when we visit Vegas.
