Perfect! The Hampton is top rating iny book, polite staff, clean rooms, laundry amenities, abundance of parking, near restaurants, entertaining room, room fridge and microwave.

People and cleanliness. The establishment is in good condition and nearby eateries also.

Would like complimentary waters EACH day for Hilton Honors people. Would like complimentary bath gel and mouthwash as standard.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and determined to make our stay in Hampton Inn very pleasant and comfortable.

Upon arrival front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Bed was kind of worn out. Could use better pillows. We had a incident where a guest was smoking somewhere in the bldg the alarm went off and woke up the entire hotel around 2:45-3:00 in the morning. No staff came around to inform guests on what was going on. Had to hear it from other guests. Everyone was scattered around the halls not knowing what to do. A staff member, stated he didn't know what was going on, and just continued to walk pass with no other concerns. I guess it could have been better organized when it comes to those type of situation. Just that part was very unfortunate, and inconvenient. Put a damper on our stay.

We found 2 cockroaches in our room as we were going to sleep.

The pool get shaded fairly early and its packed with tons of screaming children not very relaxing. Our ac had problems the first night and they front desk lady didn’t follow up on getting us a fan from house keeping.

Good hotel overall, but can not be considered a quiet one, you will hear your naighbours talking next room. Hard to fall asleep.

Staff hotel receptionist was hard-faced. A pleasant smile and a more friendly voice, especially at check-in and check-out, would make guests feel welcomed and the overall guest experience more memorable.
