The only thing i didnt like was the room next to us was banging on our wall because my husband and i were watching TV too loud for them, when we had the TV at volume 10. But other than that, it was a great experience!

Property tried to charge my card before I was even there and before midnight local time, but I had just replaced my card because of fraud, so it didn’t go through. My reservation was then cancelled and I almost didn’t have a place to stay at almost midnight in a new town because the hotel was full. Also, noticed stains on the towels my first morning there so I called housekeeping for new towels. The new towels were stained even worse. Then, I had some food delivered when I wasn’t there (not intentionally) so I asked the delivery driver to leave with the front desk attendant. When I made it back to the hotel, I asked the front desk attendant about the delivery, he said he remembers it being delivered but “it’s not here now” and he doesn’t know what happened to it.

Staff were wonderful!

The front desk staff were amazing! I was very impressed and thankful for their help during my stay. Housekeeping did a good job as well. The lady who was staffing the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. The room was decent. My only complaint is that our room smelled funky. We had another person in our party staying here as well and her room didn’t smell like ours did.
