Bienvenido a mi hermosa casa para unas fabulosas vacaciones o un negocio. . Esta es una casa de 1 piso con piscina, palmeras, una gran cantidad de flores, árboles frutales y vistas a la montaña sin obstáculos. La cocina está bien equipada con muchas comodidades, especias, etc. Doy la bienvenida a hasta 4 huéspedes y 3 dormitorios / baños y uso de toda la casa. Estoy ubicado en el noroeste de Las Vegas, cerca de tiendas, a 10 minutos de un huerto, con frutas y verduras orgánicas, a 10 minutos de los casinos, pero aislado en un vecindario tranquilo y seguro. Solo 15 min. al monte. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golf, 30 min. a la franja; 60 min. a Hoover Damm, Lake Mead, un par de minutos a Tule Springs Park, y unas pocas horas al Castillo de Scott en Death Valley o Valley of Fire. Such a comfortable place to stay. As a solo traveller, the property was much bigger than I needed. The backyard and pool were lovely. There was a large park within walking distance. Sigrid was a pleasure to deal with.

This home was the perfect base for my workation trip. It’s in a great location—close to many stunning hikes and outdoor areas. 30 minute drive to downtown Las Vegas. Inside, the space was quiet, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The host went above and beyond, welcoming me warmly and responding quickly whenever I had a question. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I’d absolutely book again.

There are A LOT of Rules when you stay here. Clean, but outdated house, with Host's clothes scattered throughout multiple closets. Host is very responsive, since she lives on the property. Am not used to paying a cleaning Fee AND having to partially clean the house as well on departure. Our experience was very similar to the VRBO commercial with Coach Saban.

We met the host on site. She did a really nice job showing us around the property, showed us how to control the temperature, and how to use the main TV system. Exit/entry was easy. Nice views from front and rear of the property. Everything was clean. Sitting by the pool was enjoyable. My wife said the house was the type of place she could see herself living in when we are ready to retire. We very much enjoyed it. Restaurants, grocery, gas, and highway were all very close. The area is so much nicer than being in the city.

Great house and pool, less than 30 mins from the the strip, 20 mins from Red Rock Canyon and close to anything you need. The owner was very helpful amd available for any help needed.

PLEASE READ. The biggest issue is that pool and hot tub are in complete disrepair and have black and green algae throughout. It 100% isn’t something usable unless she has the entire thing resurfaced and maintained properly. The owner stated there was a storm and that’s why it was so dirty but this level of uncleanliness goes well beyond skimming the pool and the pump running. The water quality is 100% not safe to use. So PLEASE do not stay here thinking you will be able to use her pool and hot tub. Had I brought my kids there was zero percent chance I’d let them swim in it. You also can’t enter the house with shoes on even if you’re unloading your luggage going back forth and she polices you (owner stays in a semi detached). When we arrived she came inside and scolded my guest for having his sneakers on literally 3 minutes after arriving. I would say PASS on this property all together.

The temperature was not hot enough to require using the pool. The house has an open layout which was wonderful. The decor was lovely yet comfortable and inviting. The kitchen served its purpose and was well stocked. Our group had a great stay. The host is a lovely person. She was available for questions and suggestions.

Wonderful experience! This was exactly what we were looking for. The house is in a perfect location to rest and relax and when ready, we Ubered down to the strip to explore and experience the Vegas nightlife. I’m not sure about the negative comments others posted about the host. My experience was nothing but positive. Her wanting to meet you prior to your stay isn’t something new for me as I’ve had several others want to do the same. Next time I’m in Vegas, I’ll definitely be checking to see if this property is available.

Overall, everything was good. Sigrid was very welcoming. I wasn’t sure how I would like her staying in the mother-in-law suite right next to me, but she didn’t bother us at all. The only issue I have is I like it really cold at night and I would set the air conditioner and would wake up several times a night because I Was hot and it would be turned up automatically. That’s my only complaint but at the same time I never went to Sigrid about this she might have been able to fix the problem, but I didn’t want to cause her any issue. She was a good host.

Sigrid is an amazing host. The home is really beautiful and comfortable. Amazing pool to swim to escape the Vegas heat. The home is equipped with everything anyone would need. Sigrid was very welcoming upon arrival, and gave me a nice send off when I left. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for a stay in Vegas.
