Great location

We have stayed here several times and always appreciate the off the strip location. The room is nice, definitely very dated and could use some TLC..but otherwise it is a great value. We travel to Vegas for work annually and this is a dependable spot to stay in. Also, the management was very responsive which is so appreciated.

A beautiful view and property

I came out with my grandmother to see my little brother compete in tournament. The apartment was beautiful and it had a very nice view of the mountains. Watching the sun come up was beautiful 😍. Matthew was a top motch host ! I would come back and stay again !

Vegas get-a-way

When we come to Vegas we typically stay at the Signature. We always enjoy our stay this property. This visit was no exception. This unit has an AMAZING view of the mountains and airport. The owner was very responsive and gave us all the info needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful property excellent location

My family came to Vegas from all over the US to have a memorial for my uncle who passed while living for over 30 years. Several of us stayed in MGM Signature properties. The property is just as advertised and the pictures are very accurate. Communication with Matt is nearly instantaneous and I appreciated that very much. We will definitely seek our this property for future stays in Las Vegas. We treated the property like it was our own it was that nice.

This was one of the nicest suites I have ever stayed in! The entire suite, its amenities, the amazing views from the balcony, were just fantastic! So happy to have found this place to stay at for a fun delayed birthday celebration and we felt like kings and queens in that suite! The owners were fabulous and had great communication with me the entire stay! Hope to be back there again in the near future!

Great communication from property management from booking to check in/out. Anyone who has stayed at signature will agree location is easiest to access the mgm the strip or the monorail. Will definitely book again.

Corporate greed VS the Mob

No pace to sit down except in front of a slot machine. Rip off concessions in the room. Food court was over priced and the food was 1 step below the microwave section at a 7-11. All of the restaurants were mediocre food for rip off prices. Breakfast for 4 $250. The only thing worse than the mob running Vegas is Corporate Fascists. Most unfriendly place I have ever been. You don't even have to gamble to go home broke. Homless and street people soliciting everywhere.

Better than expected

-37 floors overlooking the airport with extra long balcony watching sunrises and jets fly in and out was nice -master bedroom and bath are very spacious -extra bath was great for the kids -kitchen and living area was able to accommodate us all easily -pool staff very friendly -indoor walk to monorail and MGM Grand with restaurants and shops was added bonus -front desk and bell hops very helpful -will stay again

Issues with the valet

We arrived around 10:30 P.M. and had to wait 30 minutes for the valet to find parking spots for are car. In the morning we were told it was going to take 30 to 40 minutes to get are car cause they couldn’t locate it several other guests had the same issue. We had to Urber to my daughters Bday lunch

Excellent Property and Location

Beautiful, well appointed property with a balcony and amazing view! Check in, valet parking and communtication with the owner were easy. Loved the lazy river pool. Would definitely stay here again!
