Convenient & comfortable, not a great neighborhood

A very comfortable house conveniently located 15 minutes from the Sphere (purpose of our visit) and the center part of the Strip but the neighborhood made us feel not entirely secure. The property manager was very responsive both at check in and during our stay, helping us quickly resolve a few issues we encountered.

Overall our stay was great. Ubers were amazing and easy to use. No more than a 10-15 minute drive to most places we needed to go. Our hostess was easy to get in touch with and happy to help. The only thing that would have been helpful was hand soap in the bathrooms.

Excellent contact, nice house in quiet neighborhood. Good for visiting Las Vegas in short driving distance to the strip. Very big pool! We recommend this house and would book it again.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed the stay very much!! The Host was exceptional and made sure at the beginning everything was good with the stay. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Our family had a lovely stay at Pon’s home. Super comfortable beds and wonderful showers (rain type). Pon, our host, was so kind in working with us on check on and check out and even brought some delicious fried rice for our family to enjoy after a long day walking the strip and going to the Jimmy Buffet concert. Short but sweet

Our trip to Vegas was a quick one, but such a handy location and place to stay with our family of 5. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, and great communication with property manager. Only hiccup was us knowing how to run the door locks! Would stay here again. So much better for a family of 5 over a congested casino and separate rooms.
