I don’t usually make the time to do reviews, and am a nice person who keeps her cool, but in this case I had to.
We had a quite a challenge checking in (we arrived two hours early). We’ve been early before and it’s never been an issue, but this time it was a bit challenging. The response to questions were slow to come.
The beds were noted as two king beds, but one was a double which made two adults very unhappy and uncomfortable with no space to move.
Although it was said there is a parking garage (we were familiar with due to past visits) there was no transponder available to get in. We were then told we could park down by the market or up by the casino both were a bit of a hike in the heat and not well lit.
The Wi-Fi was extremely difficult to get into. Took each of us five to seven tries before it would work.
Paper goods were the cheapest possible so bring or buy your own.
Pool was closed the last day and when we checked with front desk, they just said, “sorry”. Later they were giving out the code to others guests.
