They charge you for everything extra. You can only have two devices on the WiFi. You have to pay $50 for late check out (or early check in), even if it’s an hour. The housekeeping was great. The food tasted good from everywhere we went. And the service at the restaurants was good. Front desk seemed overwhelmed and bothered. The resort fees are outrageous for what you get, which is nothing. I asked to have the snack/drink bar removed, there was a charge for that. It was easily moveable. There was no fridge. The room’s air did not work, and was pointed towards the window so it never circulated through. When I submitted feedback for the check process, also poor, the manager called at 10:30pm to talk about it. Yes, it’s Vegas, but I was in bed.
