Breakfast was good, beds were firm but comfortable, room was good, staff were excellent. Loved the pool area, fire pit, and hot tub. Pool was a little cold but not unbearable. Plenty of parking but was often a bit of a walk. Overall, I would stay there again and miss it there!!

Rooms were clean on arrival but that’s were it stopped. They only make up the rooms every other day and do not stock coffee pods and accessories even on that day. Only one elevator worked in the entire facility. Lack of an airport shuttle even though one was advertised makes it even less attractive to return.

Isom was a breakfast attendant and he was fantastic! His energy and enthusiasm with greeting the guest was phenomenal! We did have a bad interaction with a front desk attendant when we checked in She told me my card was Denied and I had to provide a new one I said there had to be a problem on her end and gave her a different card which was denied also She gave me a dirty look and I had to suggest we try a different terminal at the desk and it went right through She did not apologize to me at all I was very upset
