Our room was old, sink was cracked, water smelled, beds were too small for two people. Music played from 7:15am to 2am, the music starting @ 7:15am was annoying! Ear plugs strongly encouraged. The main areas of the hotel, pool and casino were very nice.

Room was clean but in need of several repairs. Torn furniture, broken trim, rusted bath tub. Was originally put in a handicap accessible room that was in terrible shape. Asked for a different room and it seemed to be an issue. Second room was missing the refrigerator that was promised. No coffee maker as promised. Don’t let the rate fool you because they add a $50 resort fee per day and most of the things you are paying for were not open. The pool was under construction and closed. Several of the bars and restaurants were not open. Very few people gambling. This hotel looks like it is trouble.

Tub had a great deal of rust and I was out of shower gel, but I called down and they came to fill so that was good, but it was as after I had already tried to shower for the night. I do feel very deceived about the listing price on orbitz. A $50 per room resort fee was added on that was not mentioned anywhere was NOT AT ALL APPRECIATED

First thing when we get there, our room was not even close to what it was supposed to be. We needed two beds and we only had one we needed a handicap room and we did not get that the bathtub look like somebody got murdered in it but to come to find out, it was rest showed the housekeeper she did nothing. There was one person that made our trip decent, and that was auto Audi. This super sweet elderly man is the only thing I can say made us very happy about your motel. He’s a trooper if it wasn’t for him I don’t know what we’ve done. We has lots of luggage. No one would help us all of a sudden Audi stepped up and he was there for us for anything we needed the rest of the stay I would not, I repeat would not recommend the golden nugget. You asked me to rate the free breakfast. I did not know there was a free breakfast.
