Smell of smoke permeated every room. Soap was in dispenser bolted to wall. For the price, we expected better.

Staff won't look at you or greet you. They were rude at all times and kind of had an attitude while we were checking in. That was enough to take away from all the other things at the hotel. They didn't have extras in the room like bar soap, lotion, or enough towel or coffee. Hotel is clean and pretty standard.

It's perfect for those that prefer a more quiet environment. It's also not far from the strip.

Large, clean room. The location was convenient. Room had a great view. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in the area.

Super smokey casino which made check-in a very smokey affair. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very nice. Security guard stationed at hotel elevators to ensure only guests allowed to enter, a surprising but comforting touch. Room was large. Beds comfy enough but bad pillows. Room clean except bathroom which still had the previous guests' damp towels on the back of bathroom door and some short hairs in tub. Surprising considering how clean the rest of the room was. Front desk very apologetic when I told them upin check out. Won't stay again. Fair hotel, reasonably priced, but far from airport and too smokey for us.

I booked a non smoking room and on arrival at check in was told my room was not ready yet and I would have to wait until one was cleaned. This was after 3pm, on arriving to my room noticed ashtrays so asked front desk if it was a smoking room and was told yes. I did not ask to move as I just wanted to relax. The next morning left room at 9am and returned at 330pm room had not been cleaned yet, was told housekeeping was busy cleaning check out rooms first. Went downstairs for awhile came back room still dirty so just asked for clean towels. The rooms are spacious and clean the plumbing/showers are very noisy and if other guests in adjacent rooms using showers at late/early hours it wake u up. I would still recommend this hotel though as paid a great price.

very easy access to the rooms and elevators no wait time very fast

This was my first time staying at this property. I’ve been to Las Vegas around 60 times, but I’ve never stayed out on the Boulder Strip. I can usually get free rooms mid-week at most of the Boyd and Station properties, but none were to be had this busy week. This was the only reasonably priced decent resort I could find. Positives: Resort is nice, and clean. Plenty of free parking in close proximity to lobby. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Casino is clean and has mostly newer slots. Sports book was nice. Negatives: Shower water was barely warm on second morning. Big negative was area outside casino in Boulder Highway. Scary folks roaming around at all hours. Lots of police activity.

I think hotel is about to shut down. Short on in room info. no info at check in.

Loved our stay at the Eastside Cannery. The name was a little deceiving, but we were extremely happy with our room (corner suite with large tub and bath). I liked that the hotel was newer with nice amenities and lots of space. The bathroom was large complete with a sunken tub. The food in Snaps Cafe' was delicious as well! The room was very quiet, and we were able to rest and take our time in the morning with the 12:00 check out time. We are definitely new fans of this hotel casino and will be back!

The room was clean and the staff was great. At checked in I was greeted by Ari. She was such a delight. She made check in fast and simple. She had wonderful welcoming attitude. I asked for a non-smoking room and was given one. Upon going into the room, it was noticible just how clean and we'll kept the room was. The only downside is that the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors. Aside from that, all else was wonderful.

It’s like having a honeymoon every time I come here with my girlfriend. We Select a room with a Jacuzzi and it’s heaven. Most the time we get the scenic room that has windows on both sides which makes it magical. You guys are awesome!

I stayed here alone in mid week. Price on Orbiz made it worth the trip to East Boulder Hwy. area.

On check in the clerk upgraded us to a King bed and was very pleasent. The food was not the best but was hot. The locals who were snowbirds, like the casino and said they had been coming there for years.

The only negative is it wasn't near the strip but it also was a plus

last minute decision to stay in a vegas hotel. I found this one close to the place where my good friends anniversary part was been held. It was affordable and it looked nice from the pics. When I checked in, the front desk was fast and nice. The room was very clean, roomy, and nice.

The room itself was spacious, well maintained and appointed, reasonably clean and had a nice soaking tub that I enjoyed. The casino was small and the slots were tight. The problem was the staff. The dining room hostess Saturday 11/18 made me wait 20 minutes just to get on the waiting list then demanded I write it on her pad of paper myself, nasty attitude. My waiter informed me that I was ok with water and walked away before I could order a drink and also decided I didn't need dessert. My meal took 90 minutes to arrive and was barely warm. Security came and demanded to search my room because my do not disturb was up for 2 days - it's Vegas, people stay up and sleep during the day and it's rude to wake them up. And no you can't search my room. When I complained to the front desk, they never apologized but the manager called the next day. And woke me up again. Then when I checked out on Tuesday 11/22 the cranky woman at the desk called me Eric, umm if you'd make eye contact I'm a girl. Although it's a nice enough hotel, the people ruined it for me. They were unhappy and rude and made sure to try and make their guests as miserable as they were.

My sisters and I were taking a trip to the Grand Canyon, and flew into Vegas pretty late. We were planning to head out early the next morning. This hotel was away from all the hubbub of the strip, but did offer Vegas amenities if we decided to partake! The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean! It appears to be a bit of an older hotel, but well-maintained and comfortable. I would stay here again.

4th time staying at cannery. Always a great stay. Little disappointed they charge a resort fee now but everything else is great. Rooms big and clean clean. Parking and check in/out was a breeze. Will always stay here again.

Quite location and not very busy, but offered every thing could need
