The room was awful!! Completely different of what was advertised on your pictures. No windows very small and old. Terrible experience

Caesar has left Caesar’s !! An old worn down cheap property that spends more mo eye on fake ads than they do running a Resort. In a Suite it had (NO) Real Coffe Mugs (NO) Hair Dryer (NO) Security (NO) Pens to Write with and cheap worn out furniture and crazy prices on everything. One last item - they say “Vegas never Sleeps” but Caesar’s does. The Store to get Water - Supplues - Newspaper opens at 8am so if you need any supplies - anytime - wrong place.

I travel for business every week. This was one of the most disappointing Hotel experiences. My flight was delayed to begin with. Got to the Hote at 1am from NYC. It took 1 hour to check 10 guests in front of me. I was able to get to my room only at 2am. The room smelled like smoke ( not smoking room). I paid for a suite and the “suite” assigned had literally no windows . It was last ke sleeping in a box! Awful, awful, awful!

The room in the Julius tower suite was new and beautiful. However, the hotel charges for the K-cups of coffee in the rooms . It would have been nice to have terrycloth robes to use in the rooms. I would also like to see heat lamps in the bathrooms as the tile floors are chilly.
