Electricity and Gas: These are charged separately. A $250 USD deposit will be collected at check-in, and any remaining balance after meter readings will be refunded at checkout.

Extra Guest Fee: A nightly fee of $40 USD applies for each guest above 4.

Check-In: Our standard check-in window is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Early check-in is complimentary and subject to availability. For arrivals after 7:00 PM, self-service check-in is available for your convenience.
