Was a place to stay

Nothing to like! Pople running around late night fighting and the room was non smoking but reeked like smoke.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and wouldnt even let me in the building until i told him if i had a resrvation or not. Then he made a huge sigh when i told him i had pets with me like it was a huge inconvenience. The room was ok but the bathroom door was hard to open and close because it was sticking at the top and there were bugs on the floor in the bathroom.

BED BUGS!!!! The first thing I do at every hotel I stay is check the mattress for bed bugs. So, as usual I did, and in this case I found the seams of the mattress littered with eggs! I quickly. My family and I immediately evacuated the property! The man at the front desk simply said I’m sorry for your experience and did not seem the least bit surprised at my discovery.

He said his name was Michael but he didn’t wear a name tag. After waiting for 20 minutes for him to show up at the front desk, I greeted him and told him I had a reservation through Expedia. He had me fill out a registration form and asked for my credit card and drivers livense. I noticed he wrote an amount in the charges and I politely asked if he found my reservation because it looked like I was being charged. I explained that I prepaid for the room and he started yelling at me. When I asked him to calm down he tore the registration form in two and told me to find somewhere else to sleep because he had the right to refuse service to anyone. He left me standing there as he went outside to smoke. I was shocked and humiliated.

I stayed in the bacon bullying. The bed boards are in the same walls as other rooms are so we were woken up to the sound of extra curriculur activities. In the morning the cold water was out in our room... in the middle of winter! Not the best experiences

Dirty, falling apart, staff arguing with customers, huge urns full of cigarette butts at doorways. There are too many to list. Avoid this place like the plague.

I Was refused a room I had already paid for no refusd and owner kicked me out the lobby while admitting he was racist.

Half of the lights did'nt work. No dead bolt on door. Bed was saggy and uncomfortable.

Horrible does not explain or describe my stay at this motel. For a few dollars more I would have choose somewhere else and after one night of my two night (paid for in advance) stay, I did exactly just that. Yes, I moved to another motel, which was much more pleasant. This place, Americas Best Value? Horrendous!!!! The moment I opened the door to my first room, I knew I had made a mistake. The room had not been cleaned and the smell? Awful, When they finally gave me another room The towels where old and had seen better days to say the least. The shower had no pressure to speak of and the coffee pot did not work. I stayed one night,. but feared for the safety of my possessions and my well being throughout. The only one high point? The maid was sweet and apologetic.

Please book executive non - smoking room. Executive room was great and clean. It had single king size bed and it was comfortable.

I wasn't quite sold on this place, so I asked to view a room. Of course they showed me their best looking room. So weeks later when visiting again I stayed here....it was pretty decent. After that I've started the notice little details of unkept and unfixed problems. I'm always search for a good deal and there are worst places then this place. So it's just OK.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. No problems at all. Great place to stay.

The hotel staff was not helpful and standoffish, with the exception of one very nice man at check out. When we got to our room it was semi clean but we only had two towels and a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, when we asked at the front desk we were given two more towels but told that the maids weren't in right then.....so much for the toilet paper I guess. Thank god for the roll in our car for emergencies. The pool which was supposed to be open at 9 was not open when I went to the front desk to inquire I was told they were having inspection and it would be open after when we checked out at 11 it still wasn't open. This is minor but the lady was rude

It's dilapidated and dingy. But for the price point in the area, there aren't many alternatives. The carpet is stained but dry. Socks required. The staff is friendly and responsive. The cleaning staff is very helpful. Wifi doesn't work. The pool is very clean. Oddly enough. It's obvious management invests as little as possible into maintaining the building and rooms. At this price point, wondering if there are other alternatives. Probably not
