The layout of the hotel is why I rated a "4". The parking garage is very confusing when you're trying to find your room. It's not directly connected to the hotel so you have to understand the Map they give you at the front desk, which is confusing to begin with because there are different levels to this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating even though you have to ask for everything. They don't foresee your needs ahead of time. Overall, though, it's in a great location and we enjoyed our stay after asking for a different room.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Toilet clogged in more than one room. Everything else was decent.
I got in late and there were several restaurants around still open... The room had a fridge and microwave so very convenient for the leftovers and the lobby had plates and plastic ware... Very kind cleaning staff and maintenance. Quiet and comfy beds
On my way from Arizona to Texas, so I stayed one night on my journey. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was very large for a motel. My dog greatly appreciated the grassy area in front! The front desk staff person was very helpful.
Stayed here for one night in early August. The location and price were the most important considerations in choosing this hotel. The room was in good shape and clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't realize that there was a well lit convenience store next to the hotel before I arrived, which made getting coffee ang gas in the early morning very convenient. Due to freeway construction,(exit closed) getting to the hotel took a few extra turns but getting on the the Interstate in the morning was very easy and about 1 minute away. I am staying there again in a few days and expect a comfortable stay again.
Stayed here over night on the way through town. Got in around 9 or so and left at about 8 or 9 in the morning. It did its job. It was clean enough. There was a train track nearby, so it was loud during the night. Could also here other people through the walls late in the evening around 11-midnight. It was near I-10 which was nice and there was a Chevron next door. I wouldn't recommend it for more than a night but if you're passing through, and you have a low budget, its good enough.
Conveinient location. OK price. No frills. Poor breakfast. Accepted a pet.
Friendly, courteous. Clean comfy. For hotels on this trip and this was the best BY FAR!
Close to freeway staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was a little outdated and needs a little renovation.
Good hotel, comfortable, good breakfast. Clean bathroom big comfortable bed. Overall what one may expect.
Great overnight experience. Staff was friendly, breakfast basic continental. Would stay again.
Terrific hotel with good amenities & helpful staff. Nice firm bed.
Great value. Very comfortable room with nice firm mattress. Good location to downtown
Reasonable value for the money. The motel must be very old, and it shows.
This stay was awesome! Not only was this hotel close to the NMSU field where Warped Tour was, it was also comfortable and close to food. We are going to the next Warped Tour and will definitely be staying here again!
Exactly what I needed as a pit stop for the long drive from California to Dallas
The room was clean. I had a comfortable nights sleep after I turned the fan on to mask the guys snoring coming through the wall. The breakfast was disappointing since the waffle maker wasn't available and no other hot foods except toast.
In context of its 2-star level, this hotel was quite nice. The rooms are tasteful; I liked how high the beds are. Good internet connection. Coffee in breakfast area pretty good. The motel location was perfect for our needs - close to Tortugas and Mesilla. Two decent restaurant choices very close by, on same street. Only one bar of soap in room, and in retrospect, we could have easily asked for another one, but didn't. The kitchen area where juice and coffee are - - terribly cramped. This is probably an issue during peak breakfast times. I would stay here again.
Overall impressions: Clean hotel, courteous staff. I was staying for the Bataan Memorial March at it was quiet and reasonably close. Price: Room was reasonably priced for the area. Staff: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had to get up early to race and they had hot water and coffee ready. They also let me check out an hour later since I wanted to shower after my race. Amenities: Free internet and a pool. Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well organized. Location: The hotel is right off of I-10, right next a gas station and a short drive to downtown Las Cruces. It is 40 min from White Sands Missile Range.
I picked the Comfort Inn for 2 main reasons. It is 2 doors down from the Ramada that I was going to be picked up at, the following morning, by the airport shuttle to the El Paso Airport. Secondly was the cost savings of staying there as comapired to the Ramada, since I was leaving at 4AM. I was pleasantly supprised by the quality of the furnishings & the cleanlyness or the room. I would stay there agian!!!!
