Simple but very well situated on the beach front. Very kind people, food is great, location is good and superbe to just chill with a nice view. Bedrooms are basic but good enough to sleep :) Across the road from the beach so perfect for holiday. Airport is 10min away.
Unless you are some teenager that plans to be drunk all the time, don't think about it. Sea view was the only good thing about it. Everything else was just horrible. Lots of other options around. Save your money.
For 75 euros a night we expected a better facility. The shower floods, the lobby smells, and the housekeeping manager was really mean when I asked for a 2nd towel. She shouted at me to tell me that they change the towels every other day...i surely wouldn't have asked if i knew the policy earlier. For a similar price you can get a better room and a better service somewhere else. I don't recommend this hotel.
When we arrived at 2am, we were told that our room was not ready as there was flooding in it. So we got a room in a 2 star, really bad hotel, San Remo, somewhere far from the beach. We have paid for a 3 star hotel on the beach (just for a night) and were degraded to 2 star hole. Maybe this was a scam as room in 2 star hotel was much cheaper than one in Flamingo, so they definitely made some money with our "flooded room". If they were professional, they would put as in at least the same 3 star rated hotel. That was really, really bad experience, so my recommendation is to avoid this hotel as it can happen to you as well.
These is a small hotel located close to MacKenzie Beach. It offers average size room with full, partial and no sea view. swimming pool on the rooftop with great city and seaview. Average breakfast. Quite a distance to major attractions of Larnaca city
Nice hotel with perfect location if you came to Larnaca to enjoy the beach. It's also quite close to the city center and you can enjoy a nice walking at the seaside. The staff is good enough and helpful. The breakfast could be better as the choices are limited. Good wi fi connection. Here you get exactly what you are paying for. Do not expect for more.
We booked this hotel with a last minute deal. We have read all the bad reviews but we thought we could make the most of it. Wrong. The hotel is really old, and very bad maintained, you can tell from the first impression. When in the room, we started to check how deficient were the general condition: the matress was full of lumps, and the linens are too small so they leave the matress uncovered when you move at night; the noisy air conditioning splits throws pieces of ice when it's on for a while; no views and the other building is so close that you can't open the curtains. Bathroom: dirty towels (even of have just arrived to the room), ridiculously small toilet, a piece of plastic to hide the cistern and pipes, rust... Breakfast buffet is disgusting. Very few choices and the lowest quality. We complained to the agency demanding a change and it felt like we have won the lottery. This hotel is in such bad conditions that even if you had a suite room could be okay. Overall, this hotel is completely unacceptable.
We use this hotel because it,s ten minutes from Larnaca airport. The rooms seriously need upgrading. At breakfast not one table was cleared from the previous occupants. All twenty tables were piled high with dirty plates etc, never seen anything like it.People were having to clear their own tables by putting the plates and cups on the floor, nobody from the hotel in attendance, this must have been like this for hours. We will not be going back there!
When you forgo breakfast because it's not worth eating The doors don't close The self catering kitchen has nothing in it (I mean nothing, just a fridge, no cups, cutlery, pans etc) Then your pleased the bed is flat and you do get it cleaned regularly A few small blessings in a place that appears to miss on so many levels
After late flight from Gatwick, this was a welcome late arrival destination near the airport (7 minutes by car). The room was clean, the desk staff polite. Location also right on the sea front, good for a morning walk. No late night catering in the hotel but a couple of simple local style eateries are nearby. Parking in the road opposite the hotel. Breakfast, which was included, was sparse (to our English taste). Not a hotel for a longer stay, although cheap, cheerful and a beach right opposite.
