We did not get the apartment we booked and were informed just before arriving. We had booked ocean front but supposedly it was being renovated and so we were put in another. As we arrived really late we could not do much but accept the change. The person who met us was very kind though and even picked us up. However we were very dissapointed at the change being notified last minute. Had we known earlier we would cancelled and booked something else on the ocean front. First time bad experience with Orbitz
