Check in was fine and the clerk was very nice. But, when we were settling in our room we found a pair of socks from I assume the previous occupants. Then, we wanted ice and found there was no ice bucket in our room. But, what was really disappointing is the shower. The floor around the drain has shifted over time(I assume). Because every time we took a shower we had to build a wall of towels to stop the water from flooding our room. When I reported it I was told they were booked and could not change rooms and a manager would contact(no one ever did). I was then told because I booked through Hotels.com I could not get any kind of discount or refund. Again the clerk was professional even when I was upset. But, no manager ever reached out to me. Just disappointing overall.
What we had to do every time we took a shower to prevent from flooding the room.

Not a good stay

We did not have a good stay this time around. The ac unit in the bedroom made an unexpected loud sound every time it activated (extremely noisy), water seeped onto the room’s hallway floor during a shower, the excitement/ celebrations during happy hour could be heard along with anyone walking down the hall and or entering their room. I will say the breakfast was excellent.

The restrooms were not clean , lotion and body soap bottle were emptied and to top it off a celebrity was checking out and couldn’t get out the lobby they did a wall of people standing including the chefs to avoid getting close to the celebrity Ana Gabriel
