John was super helpful and very punctual, pur stay was great there are several nice restaurants and even a small store to buy goods if needed only a few minutes away. Beautiful pool area and a beach. The room came well stocked for potable water. And ready to use. When coming back to cebu would definitely rent again

very poor location - condo was clean and OK

Location was not as advertised : beach was only accessible if a large fee was paid: there is 1 swimming pool - not 4 : area has been destroyed by a typhoon within the last year so there is nothing close to the unit : no restaurants , no stores of any type : its a 1.5 km walk through a ghetto to get anywhere: the condo it self was clean and Maricis- our contact person , was exceptional: in general , the area has nothing to offer and the condo was vastly overpriced for the area it was in.

The placed was clean except the lights in the bathroom is too dark. We had fun and fun while staying this condo.Owner and caretaker was really good. They changed the microwave Right away :) Highly recommended .
