Villa Arisen is an attractive 3 bedroom property located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca. A 25 minute walk or short drive will take you to the resort centre, with a great choice of eateries, bars and sandy beaches. The chic Rubicon Marina is also just 5 minutes’ drive away, home to designer shops and fabulous bars. This semi-detached villa has a large pool terrace and stylish interiors throughout. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Villa Arisen is located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, around 25 minutes' walk from the resort centre. Here you’ll find a range of places to eat, drink and shop. The nearest beach, Playa Dorada, is also just 20 minutes' walk away. The lively Rubicon Marina is 30 minutes’ by foot or a 5 minute drive away, offering a range of chic designer shops, restaurants and bars. For a greater choice of beaches, both Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca Beaches are just a short drive away.

This is a beautiful villa which is still owned by the same family who lived in it for 19 years. We have stayed in many villas over the past 10 years and this one is lovely. The booking process and information provided to us was faultless. If I had to critique anything, the lack of shade in the pool area would be one- with smaller children and myself needing a break from the sun, some shade would’ve been welcomed greatly! It wouldn’t stop me booking here again but I would bear it in mind.
